On June 13th Saturday, Pakistan’s former skipper and one of the greatest all-rounder of all time in the history of cricket, Shahid Afridi confirmed via a tweet that he has tested for COVID19 and the result is positive.
Former skipper of Pakistan cricket team tweeted on Saturday that he is feeling unwell since Thursday, He said that my body is aching badly so he decided to test for COVID19 & unfortunately the test is positive.
He tweeted;

Former skipper and all-rounder of Pakistan cricket team asked for his speedy recovery. Shahid Afridi arguably once of the most loved and famous cricketer of Pakistan. He has millions of fans not only in Pakistan but all over the world.
The former all-rounder was on the ground in remote areas of Pakistan to help and provide the necessities to those who are suffering due to the global pandemic. Afridi has distributed ration & other necessities to approximately 32000 families in Pakistan in the past 67 days.
Due to his charity work, people love him and shower love on him wherever he goes. He put his life at risk in helping others and met them and come in close contact to the other which ultimately made him a COVID19 victim.
As soon as, Shahid Afridi broke this bad news on his Twitter account it became breaking news in the world media. People and fans were quick to respond to his tweet.
